Youth

Our final show features two fabulous organizations, Service Over Self in Georgetown and Wings for Kids, which works in Charleston and Washington, D.C. With different approaches, each group takes young people beyond the worlds of academics and sports to teach them other kinds of life skills.
You’ll see young people in Georgetown who seek to serve their community and children in Charleston learning the social and emotional skills to live joyfully, powerfully, and responsibly. Along with some dynamic kids, you’ll hear from Rev. Alan Houghton, founder of SOS, Lynne Ford, Executive Director of SOS, and Ginny Deerin, founder of Wings for Kids.
